26.06.2008 – Sport Achievements of OLD Horses

Five horses from the Oldenburg Sport Promotion Program, four of which are former auction horses, will be representing the German colors at the World Championships for Young Dressage Horses that will take place in Verden from July 30 to August 3, 2008: Della Cavalleria OLD°, Desperado OLD° (by Dressage Royal-Rouletto, breeder. 23.06.2008 - Leena wins the Gothaer Trophy

The Gothaer Trophy at the Burgturnier in Hardenberg was taken by Leena (by Lord Liberty-Wendekreis, breeder: Imke Westermann-Oehmen, Emtinghausen) under Markus Beerbaum. Cash Junior (by Cash-Landadel, breeder: Friedhelm Vehlber, Rahden) and Gert van Bruggink (NED) took fourth place in the warm-up. Eighth place in the 1.40 meter class went to Lennox Luis (by Liberty M-Zeus, breeder: Jürgen Künken, Varel) with Jörg Kreutzmann. Lord Spezi (by Lord Pezi-Grandeur, breeder: Karl Vosshage, Norturp) and Katharina Offel finished eighth in the 1.50 meter class. Cicero (by Charon-Contango, breeder: Reinhard Wilms, Hinte) and Jürgen Kraus took fourth in the 1.40 meter class. In the 1.45 meter class, Pico's Boy° (by Pik Labionics-Grannus, breeder: Franz-Josef Wulf, Dinklage) and Karl Brocks finished seventh. Also placed: Potthoff’s Charming Boy (by Corradino-Falstaff, breeder: Albert Boerjes, Varel) with Markus Schlamann, Par de Priamos (by Padarco-Quick Star, breeder: Gestüt Lewitz, Steinfeld) with Hans-Helmut Bauer and She’s my Lagy (by Landadel-Goldstern, breeder: Alois Pott zur Lage, Herzlake) under Alexandra Marowsky.   » more

In the Grand Prix of Calgary (CAN), Special Ed (by Argentinus-Grannus, breeder: Karl Voßhage, Nortrup) and Jill Henselwood (CAN) took fourth place and sixth place went to Lord G (by Landor S-Argentinus, breeder: Hermann Gerdes, Oldenburg) under Cara Raether (USA). Lennox Luis (by Liberty M-Zeus, breeder: Jürgen Künken, Varel) and Leslie Burr Howard (USA) finished sixth in the 1.45 meter show jumping competition.  » more
17.06.2008 - OLD: Augustin OLD wins his International Grand Prix Debut

Augustin OLD
The only eight year old Burg Pokal winner, Augustin OLD (August der Starke-Rohdiamant, breeder: Sissy Max-Theurer, A-Rohr), and Victoria Max-Theurer were the victors in his first international Grand Prix at Schloss Achleiten (AUT) after also clearly winning the Special with 71.28 percent.  » more

Balve
The new German Champion in dressage is Sterntaler-Unicef° (by Sion-Manstein, breeder: Wilhelm Middelbeck, Wildeshausen) with Matthias Alexander Rath. Fourth place went to Weltino (by Welt Hit II-Sion, breeder: Fred Bartels, Wardenburg) with Ludwig Zierer. Seventh place in the German Championships in show jumping went to Asti Spumante (by Argentinus-Landfrieden, breeder: Irmgard Nienaber, Garrel) and Thomas Mühlbauer. Among the ladies, Georgenhof’s Lausejunge (by Landfriese I-Pilot, breeder: Sigrid Schmid, Gestratz) and Anna-Maria Jakobs took fourth place, As-Taro (by Azett-Wettstreit, breeder: Manfred Hülsmann, Merzen) with Verena Wolf-Richter seventh.   » more
