Archievements 2003


2003 World Cup 

Marcus Ehning's greatest individual achievement in his entire career was with Anka. In Las Vegas (USA) the pair won the final round at the 25th World Cup in jumping. 
Albano under Heike Kemmer concluded the Dressage World Cup season 2002/03 on second place in the finals held in Gothenburg (SWE).

   
 2003 European Championships
 
The silver medal at the open European Championships in Dressage in Hickstead (GBR) went to Relevant and Lisa M. Wilcox (USA).
Achill and Benjamin Werndl were members of the German gold winning team at the European Championships for young riders in Saumur, France.
Germany's team of young jumping riders with Jörne Sprehe on °Lady Weingard and Mario Stevens on Night and Day took team gold at the European Championships in Le Touquet, France. Jörne Sprehe and Lady Weingard even topped that by winning the individual silver medal.

2003 World Championships 

Dollart and Calero pulled Siegfried Töpfer's two-in-hand at the World Championships in Jardy (FRA) that took fourth place in the team evaluation. 
Hannelore Brenner (Grade I und II) and Fabiola took individual silver twice as well as team silver at the World Championships for handicapped dressage riders Moorsele, Belgium. The pair also defended their national title at the German Championships in Lingen. Gerda Huber Nollau (Grade III) won the bronze medal at the World Championships and the silver individual medal in the German Championships with Frühlingszauber.

2003 Nürnberg Burg Pokal Finals

Six Oldenburgs, five of which were former auction horses, qualified for the finals in the 2003 Nürnberg Burg Pokal in Frankfurt. Ann Kathrin Linsenhoff took second place with °Sterntaler-Unicef. 2003 World Championships for young horses  In the finals for six year old dressage horses at the World Championships in Verden, Rose Noir under Julia-Katharina von Platen took the bronze medal. 
At the World Championships for young jumpers in Lanaken, Belgium, La Mauricette d´Herock under the Belgian rider, Fabrice Galdini, took the bronze medal in the class for seven year olds.

2003 German Foal Championships 

One gold, one bronze and four other places among the top ten were taken by Oldenburg foals at the 3rd German Foal Championships in Lienen. In the finals for fillies, the Fürst Heinrich daughter, Czardasfürstin, took first place.
 
2003 Bundeschampionats
The Bundeschampion of three year old mares and geldings was Devils bride under Stefanie Hein. Among the stallions, bronze went to Dream Catcher under Miriam Henschke. In the class for four year olds, both bronze medals went to Oldenburgs: in the class for mares and geldings, °Sympatico under Anne Reher and among the stallions to Rosario under Anja Engelbart.
The new Vice Bundeschampion of six year old dressage horses was Sandro, presented by Sandra Endres.
The jumpers did not win any medals but eight candidates were in the finals for five year olds, putting Oldenburg right behind Holstein, which led the group. 
In the class for driving horses, silver went to Ricarda D with her driver, Danica Duen.
