Liability claims against the author concerning material or intellectual damages resulting from the use or non-use of any information provided, or resulting from the use of incorrect or incomplete information, will therefore be rejected unless either deliberate or gross negligence on part of the association can be proven. All offers are subject to change and are non-binding. The association expressly reserves the right to amend, add to, or delete parts of or the entire online service without prior notice or to discontinue the content either temporarily or permanently.

2. Liability for the links

Our online service contains links to external websites, on the content of which we have no influence. We do therefore not accept any liability for the content of the sites in question.
