Now that Jakob Wischniewski has left, David Taylor will take over the sales and training stables at the Oldenburg Horse Center as of January 2008. Mr. Taylor, a 32-year old fully qualified trainer, is also a member of the auction riding team. He received a part of his education from Jörg Dietrich and Stephanie Ronne-Ernst and is successful in advanced (S) level jumping, medium (M) level dressage and elementary (L) level eventing tests and has often placed at the top in all three disciplines in many of the regional competitions. In 2003, David Taylor started his own training stables in Wildeshausen.
Since February 2005, the Verein zur Absatzförderung des Oldenburger Pferdes e.V. has run its own training and sales stables at the Oldenburg Horse Center Vechta.
After X-ray examinations have been carried out, breeders and raisers of Oldenburg horses can send young horses that are for sale to these stables. The horses are cared for and ridden at cost price by employed professional staff members. Breeders are thus offered the world-famous platform at the Oldenburg Horse Center Vechta as a marketing center, and interested buyers have an opportunity to test and purchase selected, performance capable Oldenburg riding horses at times other than the auctions and markets. If you are interested in having your horse trained here or would like to take a look at the current collection for sale, you can contact the auction team at any time.
