In case other stallions then the ones listed in the stallion directory shall be used a written request for an individual breeding licence has to be addressed to the breeding management before the planned covering.
Offspring of stallions who are not registered in the stallion stud-book I get a white birth certificate instead of the red pedigree paper (“Abstammungsnachweis”).

The following documents must be available:

from the mare:

- Name
                     - Registration number

from the stallion:

- Name
                     - Registration number
                       - Result of the licensing
                                                                                     - Result of the stallion performance test resp. GAG or sport results
    - DNA test

For the registration of the foals after an individual covering licence a higher fee is payable (see extract of tariffs).
