Stallions that are already licensed at other associations must be presented to the so-called approvals in order that they can also be used in the Springpferdeverband Oldenburg-International. Here it is once again pointed out that the Springpferdezuchtverband Oldenburg-International is an independent association in the legal sense. It often comes to irritations because some people connect the Verband Oldenburg automatically with the Springpferdezuchtverband Oldenburg-International. This means that members of the Verband Oldenburg are not automatically members of the Springpferdezuchtverband. Equally stallions that are admitted for the Verband Oldenburg are not automatically approved for the Springpferdezuchtverband Oldenburg-International.

These approval events take place several times a year in Vechta. Depending on the own achievements of the stallions they must be presented here either in the free run and free-jumping or under the rider at the jump. The test by external riders for 4-and 5-year-old stallions shall supply the decision finding of the licensing commission.

The application is generally made to the Verband who will decide regarding the permission to the approval.
